By using Türkiye Sualtı Rehberi (“Site”), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides information and search about dive centers, shops, dive sites, and related content.

The Site is not a booking or payment service; dealing with businesses is your responsibility.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for account security.

You may be responsible for activity on your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

Owners or authorized representatives may update profiles after the claim process. Misleading, unlawful, or infringing content is not allowed.

Listings may be ranked by profile completeness and user feedback; there is no paid promotion.

You are responsible for reviews, suggestions, and similar content. We may remove abuse, spam, personal data leaks, or copyright violations.

By submitting content, you grant us the rights needed to host and display it for the service.

Site design, text, and branding (except third-party content) belong to the operator. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

Business logos and photos belong to their respective rights holders.

The Site is provided “as is.” Diving involves risk; depth, weather, and equipment decisions must be made with qualified centers.

Although we strive for accuracy, the operator is not liable for direct or indirect damages from use of the Site.

Terms may be updated. You may close your account; we may restrict access for abuse.
